I love your finial demonstration! It looks fun and it is filled with great information! Great job group 2!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Amy!
DeleteI liked how creative your final demonstration was! I have never heard/seen padlet before but, it looks almost like a mix between a comic book and collage tool.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Susan. Padlet actually has more "themes" you can use, and even more if you buy the premium package - very affordable. The comic book theme was something "different" and attention-getting. This is why we thought to use it :). There are more traditional themes available if you so choose. The program is very easy to use and is extremely collaborative! Great idea for group projects.
DeleteALSO, the negative about the program is that it Isn't mobile-friendly :-/. It's better to view it on a tablet or full screen.
DeleteHello Lisa, Lianne, Chris, and Tikila,
ReplyDeleteI liked your Final Demonstration. I was not aware of “Padlet,” and I think I will be using the program in the future. Is funny that you mentioned that even though you review past project, Dr. Chang discovered a few errors. I think that happen to us as well. I think I stressed review of each other’s work as you suggested in the video. Nicely done!
Thanks Oscar if nothing else we learned the importance of working together!
ReplyDeleteHi Group #2,
ReplyDeleteI think you have a great final presentation. I like how you create the "Padlet" with the combination of your information you used in projects, survival tips, and video. I think the "Padlet" is a great tool for teaching.
Thanks,
Frances
You guys have so much information here! I think the use of the Padlett for this was brilliant because it allows you all to post individually, but to a common board. I also think the variety of information you've provided- from video, to documents, to images all came together very nicely and I really get a full picture of all the things you were able to accomplish. Great work!
ReplyDeleteWoah! Tons of great information! I have never heard of Padlet before until this! It seems like a great tool that should be used more often!!! Great work!!!
ReplyDeleteTikila, Lisa, Lianne, and Chris,
ReplyDeleteThis is a fantastic final presentation! It provides both interesting format and in-depth knowledge on the topic you studied. I really like the multi-media format you used in your presentation and how everything is displayed in one page! It’s amazing how technology can make the demonstration so interesting and so marketable!
I also like that you provided a lot of valuable scholarly information about emotions and stress in learning through videos and citations! Very informative! I like the stress inventory and the formats of the survival memo!
Suggestions:
1. The first video is invisible and it is hard to notice it. You may resist it and make sure that your readers can see it easily.
2. Add the link of your blog to your final presentation so that people who are interested in your work can find your blog easily.
3. You need to summarize the major ideas from other assignments and include them in this presentation since it is required to summarize what have you done in your project on emotion and learning during this semester?
